At Skye, each snowboard PVC wrap is designed to help you ride with confidence and style. Because of the nature of our products, we want to make sure you understand our policy before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and uninstalled wraps. The adhesive backing and protective film must be in place. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. If your return is approved, you may choose between a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on wraps that have already been applied, peeled, used, or damaged after delivery. Any items marked as final sale are also not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
